Third-party Inspections

FSIB (Fire Systems Inspection Bureau) is endorsed by the FDIA & GED to provide independent third-party inspections, certification, design and design verification of fire detection and gaseous fire protection systems regardless of who installs and maintains them.
Systems and products are inspected to SANS (South African National Standards) and in some special cases to NFPA (National Fire Prevention Association) standards to verify if they have been designed, installed and maintained accordingly.
Detailed reports are provided following the inspections which assist building owners, property managers, risk managers, safety officers, installers, contractors, builders, architects and consulting engineers to ensure that these systems are compliant with local or international standards - whichever is most applicable.
